Abstract Submission Guidelines
To ensure your abstract meets WAGE’s requirements, follow these key points carefully:
Abstracts must not exceed 300 words including authors, affiliations, figures, and tables
Abstracts should be emailed in Microsoft Word format to admin@wage.org.uk
2 copies of the abstract must be submitted - Named and Anonymous
Submitted work must be original and not published or accepted for publication
No changes to the abstract are allowed following submission
Authors must be available to present their work at the WAGE Autumn conference
Authors must state which category they are in i.e., nurse/allied health profession, trainee, or student
What Happens After Submission?
Once you submit your abstracts by 7th August 2026:
The WAGE committee will review all submissions for originality, relevance, and quality.
Accepted abstracts will be notified in advance of the conference.
Presenters will receive details about their presentation format and schedule.
