Endorsed Events
About Event Endorsment
WAGE supports events that demonstrate a high level of scientific quality. These meetings are organised independently by third parties, and endorsement by WAGE does not imply any financial contribution or responsibility for providing support services. Endorsement may apply to in-person congresses, fully virtual meetings, or hybrid events that combine onsite and online participation. Approved events will be listed on the WAGE website and highlighted in WAGE newsletters, as well as other communication channels. Organisers may also display the WAGE logo in their event promotion.
Application
Applications must be submitted at least three months prior to the event and should provide details including the date and venue, the event director or directors, the draft programme with the faculty list, short summaries outlining the topics and objectives, information on course sponsors, and the designated contact person. All applications are evaluated by the WAGE Education Committee, which decides whether the event fulfils the endorsement criteria.
